Well so far I've just got SCUMMVM, and AFAIK I cant buy anything from the VC that would run in there. Anything else I've got is either genuine homebrew (Helium boy, cosmo racketti, media players), quake (free WADs). Doom (WADs taken from the disks that I own) or stuff that I've written myself. So personally I dont have anything on there thats illegal.
I too am not judgemental of other peoples uses of TBC

The media player is getting very nice, hope it someday get to something as good as xbmc on xbox which I use every single day. So with the Wii I finally have a console that actually plays my discs loaded with media and movie dvds.
Also I feel the lens on the Wii is not that good so highly agree with loading backups on a usb hard drive which I have not tried yet.
