Interesting, but shouldn't this be in the emu section? :)

Nevermind how improbable n64 emulation for the gamecube was until now and the fact this emulator has been in the works for a long time now. No the main issue here is where to post the damn thing.

Just tried it now on my wii some games work really well like wave racer and F zero x but other games like goldeneye don't boot at all. It's best to save time my checking the wi64 compatibility list http://emulatemii.com/wii64/compatList/ I can't wait till its finished

I've not tried it myself but I hear that Goldeneye isnt well emulated anywhere. Something to do with a weird skyboxes and generally unusual programming techniques

It took the PJ64 team several years to figure out the Rareware skybox issue. Give me Goldeneye and Battletanx Global Assault and Ill be REALLY happy with it. But ofcourse neither are working since one is surprisingly complicated and the other is not considered important...

I only tried games that were totally compatible or the very least close to 100% and while there are some issues with sound mostly and occasionally graphical glitches the framerate is for the most part playable. But the list of games that are fully compatible is rather short but this is just the first truly playable beta of this emulator and considering that it looks very promising and i will definetly keep an eye out for next verison.

I should note that i am using the gamecube verison so any issues i point out might not apply so much to wii users.
