Dreamcast PC outbox gives lines, wavy

I have this problem with the VGA cable but not VGA box.

Decided to use the search function and found this old thread.

I just got my 2nd VGA Cable for my DC from Racket, and this one has vertical lines (light) every cm. Its not the monitor - I tried on my PC monitor and my Plasma Screen TV. Its real noticeable on the DC Swirl Boot screen and not so much when playing the Genesis Games on the Smash Pack. I also tried Skies of Arcadia and there are vertical lines in that game too.
Both games are originals, not burned.

Any ideas... because this is my 2nd cable and I want to play my DC.

Well, you've tried 2 cables and 2 screens... tried the cables on a different DC?

Nope. Only have 1 DC.
The first cable had the lines and then died. The new one seems to have more prominent lines... or maybe its me since I havent played my DC since Aug.
