He definitely did deserve it. Even if I am jealous. And great, great thread. I hope to see more of them.

This was a great idea - I stole it for a second round of "Name that Game" goodness.

Hobie-wan, feel free to try and dominate there as well.

Thanks guys. It was fun and Limewater was certainly right there with me on those quick answers.

I've got some devious ideas for another one with Sevin, which I obviously won't participate in. DSeinham's got a doozy started up too. I have in idea for the era for his first one, but I've had no luck yet. Not gonna be all nutty about concentrating on his contest though. :)

It was fun, but it did kill my productivity.

I also managed to figure out where the screencaps were being taken from before the end of the game, though that didn't really factor in during the times when Hobie-wan and I trading the quick answers.

One interesting dynamic of this game was how the game rewarded obsessive watching of the list. I was really hoping at some point to manage to be online with seven0seven while Hobie-wan wasn't around. That way, I could have racked up the points quickly if I had managed to figure out most of the screens quickly.

Again, great thread, it was a lot of fun. Progressed faster than I thought it would, one day I was the leader, and then 2 days later it was all of a sudden over. I pretty much just dropped out when I realized I had no chance, and when quick-draw Hobie beat me to the answer every single time. Still gotta give LW credit for being able to sneak answers in there, more than I can say.

Fabulous Prizes!

Here's a picture of the stuff SevinOSeven sent me.

Dammit, now I kinda want to get a Lynx. Those are just boxes with manuals except for the 2 games at the bottom. Apparently the games went to Executioner.

Jeopardy Junior and Chessmaster for NES.

72 to 60 pin adapter.

Family Boy - Brand new in box Famiclone. It comes with a 72 to 60 pin adapter so you can play NES carts too. Funny thing is the built in games were messed up just like a dirty NES even though it had never been used and the prospect of fixing it excited me. Five minutes with the soldering iron fixing some crappy joints and it works perfectly. The gamepads are actually halfway decent for what it is too.

A copy of Game Informer from 2005.

Udon Street Fighter comic, apparently from one of those fighter pads.

NBA Courtside 2002 and Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer for GC.

Boxes and instructions (AtariLynx):
Basketbrawl
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure
Blue Lightning
Dirty Larry Renegade Cop
Gauntlet the Third Encounter
Jimmy Connors' Tennis
Joust
Paperboy
Pinball Jam
Pit Fighter
Robotron 2084
Toki
Viking Child
Warbirds

Insructions (AtariLynx):
System
Chip's Challenge
Crystal Mines II
Hydra
Ishido Way of the Stones
Ms Pac Man
Super Sqweek
Rampart

Steel Talons with manual (AtariLynx)

Kung Food (AtariLynx)

Demo disc for Xbox 360

Wii Free Loader

High Voltage/ Circus Kids - fung fu DVD double feature

Dragonball GT Hero's Legacy DVD

Super Mario Bros animated series DVD

Atari Anniversary Edition, Centipede, and Generator Vol 2 for DC

2 Mad Catz GBA cart cases
