A couple of suggestions if I may - replace the card with perspex / plexiglass. Use filler / Poly Filler / bondo to fill in any cracks, give a slight sanding, spray paint the case - result will look 10x better than card.

Yeah the card was/is just a fill in peice.
I havnt done alot more to this actually - at the minute it's casing for all the extra wires and bits coming out of one of my Dreamcasts (which I'm in the middle of doing the internal VGA mod, has been overclocked, a reset button and in the middle of the SD card reader)
