The US version is called Tiny Toon Adventures: Scary Dreams, if you want its alternate title, but it released originally as Buster's Bad Dream in Europe, so that's the correct name to me.

Haha, I'd say Tiny Toon Adventures, Buster's Bad dream for GBA, but yeah.
