Hey would you believe this...I am thinking about getting ANOTHER ps3..this would be like 6?...I am not going to get it until Little Big Planet 2 comes out...or if a new twisted metal pops up..but still!

Anyway, I love the tv...the picture beats ANYTHING you can do to an nes. The colors are so bright and "full" as I would put it.

I will tell you this...it makes my HD look like crap. Even with the latest and greatest things that are out...if you want to see NES games that are awesome...you have to have the tv. Its just unreal.

Im glad you ended up buying it. Damm out of all the reasons (Theres not that many to be honest ) the States appeals to me for. Goodwill is currently on top.

Also I give Lost my 'Extreme' seal of approval for anyone considering to make him a trade or money offer, he drove nearly 400 miles round trip out of his way to pick up the set when I traded it with him and the bundle of stuff he gave me was in fantastic condition. So if anyone's considering a deal I couldn't recommend him more.

just wondering, what all did he trade you?
I remember back in the day I traded mine for a few years, but I wanted it back really bad so I traded a DS for it (back when they launched), and a bunch of other random stuff. definately worth it imo. I never knew they were sorta rare back then though. my friend never even played the NES, he played an xbox on it!

A boxed Model 2 Genesis, a boxed Model 2 Sega CD and a boxed Street Fighter 15th Anniversary Edition Arcade Stick for the PS2/Xbox along with an official wireless Genesis controller and a few games.

mmm nice! I didn't even know there were wireless controllers for genesis!

Well it's infra-red (The same tech as TV remotes.) but high quality. Also the casing of both the controller and receiver are large enough that someone with the technical know-how could put a RF wireless setup inside of them.

if you guys want to see my NES tv here are some pics. it's in bad condition and very dusty. just look at my poor little genesis! guess I need to quit being lazy and clean. oh, and I didn't put the stickers on the tv, it was my friend that I sold it to a while back. I don't know what that is on the screen in the second pic but the screen is perfectly fine.

That just sucks, at least most of the parts (feet, case, NES game door, most of the internal parts etc...) are still available to restore it if you're willing to spend the money.
