Alright guys please help me! I have been searching the web and find little information on this.
I was in Goodwill and as always I check to see what video game stuff they have. I saw a N64 with weird cartridges sticking out of it. So, I take a closer look. It was a black cartridge with DOCTOR V64 and Bung Enterprises on the cartridge. I found out that is some sort of copying device for the N64, but there was another cartridge sticking out of that, a creme colored cartridge it had "DS1 SUPER DOCTOR SAVE CADE" written on it. Now that is not a missprint it said "CADE". I could find some info and pictures of same said title with "CARD" at the end, but it does not look the same. For one it did not have a label it was written into the plastic and it didn't have little red nobs on it.
So if anyone knows anything about this please help! I am curious what its for and what its worth? It was priced $30 and came with a N64 the hookups and crusin USA. Should I get it? Thanks guys and maybe gals.

Doctor V64 top cartridge
Where's my chippy? There's my chippy.
Re: please help!!!!!!! Bung enterprises?!?!?!
I think that that's the weird black thing you plug in to use the V64, but you'll want the actual V64 unit that attaches to the bottom of the N64 to use it. The creme colored thing was probably just some brand of save card. As for the value, I have no idea, but it's definitely not a common accessory.

Re: please help!!!!!!! Bung enterprises?!?!?!
Bung Enterprises made a number of unauthorised backup / development units during the 90's.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_V64
The Doctor V64 was their unit for the N64. I had a Game Doctor (also by Bung) and later a Super Wildcard DX (by Front Far East) for SNES (still have the Wildcard, and will post pictures of it one day).
The backup cartridge is only part of the whole unit (made for storing save-game information for games with battery backup, as the V64 itself read information off CD-ROM). You also need the bigger bottom part to actually use the thing. All the same, it's worth getting a hold of for pure collecting reasons (yes, even pirate hardware is worth collecting).

Re: please help!!!!!!! Bung enterprises?!?!?!
I think what you have seen is what the cartridges sit in when the V64 unit is running the game from the CD (it shouldn't be sold separate from a V64 unit)... The DS1, is the best device for the V64 (it provides 256 Kilobytes of SRAM data for internal gamesaves) and I wish I had one for mine because having to cycle through my game cartridges for one that I haven't saved data for another game can be somewhat annoying (and to the fact the game cannot be used for saving it's own data).
Instead, I just use these cartridges.
4Kbit EEPROM - Mario 64 + Goldeneye
16Kbit EEPROM - Donkey Kong + Episode 1 Racer
32Kbit EEPROM - WCW/nWo Revenge + Wrestlemania 2000
1 Megabit (128 Kilobytes) FlashRAM - Get Force Gemini + PokÉmon Snap

Re: please help!!!!!!! Bung enterprises?!?!?!
If it had a memory cart sticking out of it and did not have a real catridge plugged in, it is probably not part of the normal Doctor 64. It is likely one of the later-revision flash-carts that could be programmed via the serial port.
If I was in your position, I would go ahead and get it. Check for a data connection of some sort on the cartridge-- you may be able to program the thing.

Re: please help!!!!!!! Bung enterprises?!?!?!
I stopped by Goodwill again per you guys advice. Now I looked throughout the store And didn't see the bottom attachment. Now the peice is attached to the DS1. I could not remove it so either its stuck or its ment to be one piece. I told a worker what it was and explained you had to have the bottom and the top piece togther for it to work. So he said they would reprocess in seperately. Now I don't have to buy another N64. Should I still get it? And if I can't use it I could get it for you VampDude so you would have more memory?
@fastbilly1
It is the Northlake one. But if your going for Video games there isn't much else. they have an original gameboy $9.96, A PS2 bundle with a buch of sports games $101, Two Leapster portables for $19.99, the N64 w crusin and rumble/memory card $30, and a leapster mind scan not sure what that is. Anything else your wanting might as well ask me I searched up and down that store and could tell you everything else they had.
Edit: Oh, and they won't let you pruchase something reprocessed till the next day. The guy told me he would look for the other peice and tell me if he finds it.
