Gunstar Heroes Case Insert Scan

My wife and I recently visited San Francisco for a wedding, and, while I was out there, I stopped at a couple of flea markets. Among other things, I located copies of Landstalker and Gunstar Heroes for $2 each. Unfortunately, neither of them had their cases, and I have a strict policy of only purchasing Genesis games with cases. Nevertheless, this deal was too good to pass up and I ended up with games. (I guess my policy is not that strict...) I am now trying to "create" cases for these games. The Goodwill Computer Works Store near my house sells empty Genesis cases for $0.49 each; so, I purchased two empty, Sega-brand Genesis game cases from about the same release date as Landstalker and Gunstar Heroes. I have located a scan of the case insert for Landstalker, but I cannot locate a scan of the case insert for Gunstar Heroes. I am looking for something that I can print out and simply insert into the game case. Do any of you know where I might find this scan? Any help is greatly appreciated.
