Firefox portable can be installed without admin rights. It is part of the Portableapps suite.

Could you use gotomypc?

Firefox isn't an issue as it doesn't require admin rights (nor does Google Chrome)
But it sounded like I had to install some other Tor software in addition to the extension...

I have webwasher.... or something like that at work. I have yet to find a way around it. I tried that "go to my pc" and that worked for a couple days until the blocking service blocked that site/ip.
It seems as if any way around I find, after a couple of days using it it blocks that site too.
I have been working on this and will continue to work on it... I even tried the portable firefox and tor, but that didn't work. I don't know if tor didn't work or if it was me.

Yeah, see that's what I'm afraid of -- and I don't want to get in trouble for trying to keep finding loopholes for accessing blocked content.

It just sucks not being able to access my own site from work without using my phone.
I was able to do some troubleshooting today on my phone, but it ended up taking like 15 mins to do something I could have done on the PC in about 1 minute.

I'm pretty sure what you want is a reverse proxy. It will look just like normal http traffic to your home PC(you can even use SSL if you want), and requires no modification to your work computer.

In a somewhat related bit of fortune, my shady IT guy is no longer with the company and the ones still here do not care (or monitor as much as they are supposed to), so I will probably log in as this account alot more often so some of those issues you dont want to do I may be able to handle.

Is there some way you can use Remote Desktop? It comes with Windows (it's in the accessories folder), so you don't have to have admin rights to install anything new. You just need to have a server at home, then use Remote Desktop to get on and you should have access to all the things you would have access to on your home desktop.
