My very limited research seems to indicate that there may have been a US release of the game, which contradicts the guide here on Racketboy. However, this based upon an unsourced Wikipedia entry, so it is probably less likely to be correct than the racketboy article.

However, the label shown in that article does not specify PAL, while the one in the Racketboy article does.

That may very well be the reason you are asking the question, though.
