Does anyone ever use the "Add Friend/Add Foe" function?

I don't, and I've never seen anyone else who had used it either, so I was wondering if anyone bothered.

I added a the person I actually know as a friend, as well as one other person I've conversed with a lot. I did this so that their PMs would be colored appropriately.

what exactly happens when you add someone as a friend or foe? Does it just color code it? Or is it just easier because their names are always within easy reach if you want to message them or send them hate mail.

It colors the block in your PM list so you know it came from a friend or foe. Also when you're in your control panel it lists whether friends are on or offline so you have a quick link to their profile.

I used it a while back to "Foe" some of the pornbot spammers before they got wiped from the site .

Being that I do alot of selling/trading I have several "friends"

Normally I add people that I have done more than 1 transaction with, or the people that would always talk about maybe wanting something.
