Guitar Hero 3 sucked pretty hard for me. Still haven't played one after that or owned an instrumental game since.

Manhunt 2. I enjoyed the first game because sometimes it can be enjoyable to have some of that crazy violence. Then they ruined it in Manhunt 2, and followed it up with giving you a gun and changing the game on you midway through.

SimCity 4. What a rotten game. That was disappointing.

Am I really the first one to this thread to say Deus Ex: Invisible War? I know that game disappointed quite a few people. I still had fun with it, but it wasn't Deus Ex.

Why? I think it's the best one in the series after playing all of them.

My biggest dissapointment was Sid Meier's Railroads. It had a lot of great ideas but the desing choices sucked. The maps were small, you just built to the nearest town, the cool music was gone. I will stick with RT3, it's much better and has aged well.

I'm not a Halo fan, but I remember when I picked up Halo 2 was supposed to suppress my Halo Hate. My big gripe with Halo was that the campaign mode was so repetitive. There just wasn't any variety.I heard Halo 2's campaign mode was leaps and bounds better. More guns, get to play as an alien, more story. Yet, it feels like playing Halo 1.2 more than Halo 2.0.

I sometimes get panic attacks when I think of DX:IW.

Devil May Cry 2. The first game was so awesome, and I spent 50$ on #2...(That was 10 weeks of allowance back then!), and it was soo disappointing. I'll also say Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. It wasn't a bad game, but compared to the original, it didn't hold a candle.

Mortal Kombat: Deception - Konquest Mode was kinda fun and rewarding. Puzzle Kombat also had its moments. But the good ole Arcade Mode was destroyed by the stupid "Hara Kiri's" and the fact that there was no way to turn them off.
