Wow Hobie-wan, that is quite the find! Those games are all decent to great, the controllers look to be in damn fine condition, and the Mr. Backup Z64 is the icing on the cake. Great find!

Also, I'll be sure to inquire about the Genesis case if I don't end up getting the one I linked to. Call me weird, but there's something oddly appealing about that ugly thing.

R-Type for the Game Boy (75 cents)

GameStop really wants to get rid of all their GB games :)

Same here. The Gamestops in my area don't carry anything older than GBA games, and even those are becoming hard to find.

Gamestop would be much more appealing to me if they still carried older games...

Just picked up Super Mario RPG for the SNES from eBay for $29. It's a little more than I would have hoped to have paid, but I've been looking for it for years and that's as cheap as I ever see it go for, and it has the manual so that's a plus.

Now I just need to find a copy of Chrono Trigger for less than $40 and my Holy Trinity of SNES games will be complete. It consists of Super Metroid, Super Mario RPG, and Chrono Trigger in case anyone was wondering...

After working at GameStop, I've learned that while they could still carry older games it can be a very difficult task in certain areas where the demand exceeds supply and other factors such as condition of the items, and the delicate nature of aging hardware and games.

The average GameStop customer after the Wii launch two years ago is now an idiot soccer mom who couldn't give a damn about retro and older consoles as well as the fact that about 60% of the crap we get traded-in has to be defected out to the warehouse to be repaired or replaced.

In case you can't tell, that's a TG-16, 7 games, and a turbotap. all for $40! Since I already own the system and the bonk game, I'll sell those. If tcpballa doesn't want them, I'll put them up here!

I got a bunch of odyssey2 games with the boxes and instructions in really good condition for one dollar each. I don't know if the games are worth anything, but I was amazed to see cardboard boxes in such good condition.

P.T. Barnum's acrobats
Freedom Fighters
Monkey shines
K.C;s Krazy Chase
Armored Encounter / Sub Chase
Turtles
Pocket Billiards
War of Nerves.

Are these worth anything at all?
