Hehe. I didn't know who Kanye West ('Puff Daddy') was until I saw the hilarious South Park episode where he's the only one who can't understand a certain joke, yet he's under the impression that he is a genius and god's gift to the world.

hehe I think it is just a joke on Cartman's part, like the Family Guy episode where Peter is in Japan and every asian guy he sees he call Jackie Chan and then he meets Jackie Chan who calls him Brad Pitt.
