I post at three message boards, and each one is way different from the other. This is the only message board I frequent that has multiple mods. So, what are the mods responsibilities and privileges?

Welcome to the team, guys. You will notice you now have keys to the Executive Lounge and Squash Room. Many of us feel the need to dress the part, such as MrPopo's superhero outfit, Fastbilly's gimp mask and leather chaps, or my KGB uniform. So I suggest you come up with a theme and stick to it. We have also taken the time to extend the courtesy and burn all of the extensive files we have been keeping on the three of you.

But before you get too situated, we will have to conduct the ceremony tonight in which we sacrifice a virgin for each of you, make you drink their blood, and then commence with the orgy. Because that's how we do things here.

My answer to your question Luke, is twofold:
1. It is because we are on at different times of the day, so there is rarely a span of thirty minutes without a moderator on the boards. It keeps the spammers and flooders in check - which have been alot more pronounced than you would think.
2. Because we need more people with move topic privileges for board cleanup in the near future...
