Ebay and paypal do it again

My auction ended...I got a message 5 minutes later saying, please ship item...I click it...the money is on hold. Well ok thats fine...but, buyer pays shipping...I have a paypal debit card to use JUST FOR THAT PURPOSE. So I called...and...we had a nice little chat...kinda. She told me once they have tracking, and the buyer leaves positive feedback or lets them know he got the items, they give you your money. Well...that just dicks the seller hard, and this is why...apparently if they say its not in the condition it should be...they get there money back? Or atleast a dispute is opened...and we all know how those end. So...I told them that if thats how it has to be then I just want to give the guy a refund...well, guess what...she trys to talk me into just paying and shipping the item, once she said that...I had to tell her about when paypal screwed us out of over 600$ on a ps3 bundle someone got from me...AND GET THIS>>>>THEY USED A STOLEN CREDIT CARD<<<<< which paypal told us ONCE...on a slip up. She was like no no that cant happen. Well...our bankaccounts say other wise. To the few people on here I told about what happend to me the other day, and know what kind of emotional wreck I am...I say this....dont hold back pain...if someone pisses you off let it out, if suicide even becomes CLOSE to an idea in your head....call someone, even if its just a joke in your thoughts....call someone.

Wow, I know how you feel. Ive been screwed over by Ebay before. Unfortunately Ebay is full of terrible people.

You didnt ship the stuff did you? You had some really sweet games and I would hate for people like those dirtbags to get it.

the big game bundle is going to a member of this forum...the consoles were won by someone, and paypal just wants to make it "better" for buyers...thats fine...but how about the sellers like myself that get screwed ALL the time by low life scumball douchebags?

A lot of times Paypal will put the money on hold if you are seliing video games. It happened a few times to me last year.

Thats not what got me, what REALLY got me going was when she said..."That way if the buyer is not happy we can refund his money"

Its almost like going wow this game is still sealed...but...I want my money back PAYPAL PAYPAL THE BIG BAD MAN ACTUALLY SENT ME THE WRONG GAME!!...ok here is your money back..

They always talk about the buyer, but I KNOW I have lost right at a grand due to crap like this. I used tracking and signatures on those huge orders and I still got screwed.
