"Free" USB Saturn Controller at PlaySega.com

Post by fuctfuct »

Seems worth it for the controller. $14.95 is cheaper then eBay.. I'm in.

I wonder if they are as high quality as the older USB Saturn pads.

EDIT: Dang .. you have to pay shipping so its about the same as eBay. Rather get a real Saturn pad then wonder if the PlaySega ones are crap :(

That is a nice USB controller! I would totally sign up if I didn't already have a similar one. I use on of the Streetfighter IV fightpads that was made for the Xbox 360, and it works great with my laptop.

Nice find though!

Yikes this sonic engine is buggy and the user designed levels are. . . not well thought out.

The old official ones for $15 with free shipping. I have one from that same auction. There's a ton for this price on eBay.

I'm guessing no. The 360 doesn't accept any controller but a 360 controller does it?

Yeah, I beleive that for a controller to work on 360 it has to have Microsoft's official security chip ala NES 10 and other security handshake chips.

Who knows though, it may be possible to solder in a Microsoft chip to make it work on a 360....
