Best Gamecube CAR racing game?

i dont think i ever played a game that met that criteria for the gamecube

me neither. But I've been trying to investigate some genres that I don't typically touch.

I think there is a Choro Q on the Gamecube but I haven't played it. I had a blast with Choro Q Park on the Saturn so if it's similar to that one, it should be good.
