Scared to look

With only 55 seconds left I am scared to look at my auction...anyone else do this?

I get my heart going and then BOOM sniper bidder...lets hope not on this one.


Edit: Woohoo I won, I hate when I sit and watch for hours...worried oh no a snipper is watching, and then I get out bid. Ive had it happen when the high bid is me at 45$ and my max bid is 200$...15 seconds left...boom out bid in one blow. Just curious if this pisses anyone else off. Seems VERY unfair.

Eh, I try to come up with the most I'll pay ahead of time, but wait as long as possible to bid so that all the noobs that keep bidding up $1 at a time until they just barely beat someone else and other excitable types don't spend days reconsidering and upping their bids. Admittetly I'm usually one of those jerks that bids in the last few seconds if I can, at least I do it manually instead of using a program.

Of course that's only if the item is rare or valuable. I buy plenty of music CDs and plentiful stuff that I'll bid and ignore it. If I win it for cheap, great. If not, I'll find one again soon enough to try on.

Didnt realise this post...well...just shit on my thread why dont ya!!! lol seriously though...its a pain. I was more or less typing that message so I wouldnt look...that way I wouldnt SEE it happen if it did lol
