Let me get some Animaniacs DVDs!

Post by Erik_Twice »

Recently I rediscovered this series from my childhood (Even though I don't remember much, except for Pinky and The Brain) and I'm greatly impressed.

Now, as an adult the humor is even more fleshed out, I now recognize what made this show such a great one. The amazing character design, genre-savyness and incredible music are all sellers for me. And Spielberg was in it, I love his stuff.

So there's a little problem, you Americans are keeping all the DVDs for yourselves! They are only region-1 so I have to import them to good ol' Europe.

So, my question is, what's the best place with shipping to Europe for buying DVDs? I only know Amazon so if you guys help me I would be realyl grateful.

There are only two type of kids: Those that like Animaniacs, and those that don't like Animaniacs.

Great show! I know that sellers on amazon are selling them for way below retail price. I would try there first.

So, some tips for Amazon or there's nothing I should know?

I hope hardcore games don't go the way those kind of series did, it's scary how they got removed.

Great show. The first few seasons of Tiny Toons were good too. When the animation quality wend down, the show did too unfortunately.

This thread reminds me I need to go look if you stingy sods have let IT Crowd DVDs escape yet. :P

I got all the box sets of Animaniacs at Big Lots for about $4 each.

Yeah, not really helpful, but I felt like gloating.

They have!

Not the internet box :( just the individual seasons.

I'm so green with envy I don't need camouflage anymore :x

I agree that Tiny Toons suffered when the animation quality was reduced.

BTW, Does those DVDs have the first episodes of Pinky and The Brain? Those which appeared before they got their own show.

What do you guys think of Freakazoid? I never saw anything about it.

Blargle. Oh well, since I've seen them I'll wait a bit for a box.

Can't say I've heard of Freakazoid.
