Sounds like they'll go with that one.

G is the controller
O is the Swirl
O is the System
G is the VGA Box
L is the Fishing Controller
E is the Arcade Stick

Or some other variation of DC items.

I agree with noiseredux yhough that logo with just the swirls does look pretty cool on it's own.

Is that too much to ask? I mean sure it's no NES, but it's what it left in it's wake both in the spotlight and behind the scenes that really matters.

Don't let this consume you :!:

I am pretty sure you have read the thread about lukemorse1's final video
http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... &sk=t&sd=a

I read your profile and it states that you are 17. So, you are probably a high school senior, or a college freshman. Focus your time and energy on school/work/family/friends, and not on this. Video gaming should be a hobby, and it should not get to the point of having a strangle hold on your life.
I'm not letting this donsume me, it's just something I thought that I would try to shoot for as my goal for the next week or so.

As for gaming being just a hobby I decided long ago that I wanted to have a career in it somewhere, not an obsessive money pit where I completely abandon my family like lukemorse1.
I am sorry if I was harsh Mod_Man! But, as I and others have stated, things of greater importance have occurred on September 9th. I just sensed a bit of desperation in your threads about this subject.

Google honored Tetris when it turned 25 this year, you know what else had an anniversary on that day?

D-Day and the allied invasion of normandy.

Now if tetris could get a moment in the spotlight above D-Day then the Dreamcast should get a chance to outshine the Beatles or whatever else happened on 9/9.

something tells me that D-Day isn't necessarily something google would incorporate into their logo...

And I know quite a few folks who were pissed about that, and rightly so in my opinion.
