Looking for a good/weird/fun restaurant in LA area

Post by PGchris »

So I just drove across the country from DC to LA and for a finale of our month long trip me and my girlfriend are trying to find a cool place to eat. Can anyone help out with an interesting place?

Well you gotta do some of the tourist spots like Pinks Hot Dogs in Hollywood and of course the best burger in the world In and Out. But also check out Manna Korean BBQ. Its an all you can eat joint with some really good grub. Hit me up if you need more ideas.

In-N-Out for one.
It's not weird/fun but it's DAMN good

For fun....

Over in Buena Park By knott's berry farm there are a couple of themed show and dinner places
Medieval times

and Pirates.

Huntington Beach pier there's a Rubys on it. It's allright. Good shakes

Not sure if you have ruby's on the east coast

Place called slide bar in downtown Fullerton

Best bacon hamburgers I've ever had.
Very rock and roll atmosphere.

Can't think of anything that covers all 3
But good and fun there's plenty
Most of my knowledge is the Orange county area :-/
I'm sure there's plenty of weird places in LA

Haha I was just about to recommend Royal-T when I saw the post topic. It's actually a pretty cool place, and it's not nearly as creepy as an actual maid cafe. My girlfriend liked it just as much as I did (if not more). The tea is also very, very good. :)
