Castlevania: Dracula X (saturn translator from JAP to ENG)
Does anyone know of a website that has translated information of the "in game" menu of Castlevania Dracula X, for the Saturn? I need to find out how to read the menu whenever I press pause, because the game involves alot of organizing weapons and inventory.

Why not cross reference it with the Playstation version?

I get through it just fine identifying the sprites, knowing them from the PS1 version.
It'd be really cool if it got translated, but since it's already on PS1 it's not likely gonna happen.

Dracula X, not SotN? As I recall, Dracula X doesn't have inventory management.

It's not called Symphony of the Night in Japan, and since it was only released for Saturn in Japan, it's called Akumajō Dracula X: Gekka no Yasōkyoku, AKA, Devil's Castle Dracula X: Nocturne in the Moonlight.
Personally, I think it's just easier (and less confusing) to call it "SOTN on the Saturn."

I prefer "Demon Castle Dracula". Sounds cooler, at least to me. Either way, "akuma(demon/devil)" isn't in the possessive. You shouldn't have the "'s" on the end if it.Ziggy587 wrote:It's not called Symphony of the Night in Japan, and since it was only released for Saturn in Japan, it's called Akumajō Dracula X: Gekka no Yasōkyoku, AKA, Devil's Castle Dracula X: Nocturne in the Moonlight.

Those were just copy and pasted from the wiki page. I can remember "Nocturne in the Moonlight" and "Rondo of Blood" but hell if I can remember the Japanese counterparts to any other titles.

I fixed it! Now it's correctly translated and says "demon"... because that's cooler sounding than "devil".Ziggy587 wrote:Those were just copy and pasted from the wiki page.

Awesome. Yeah, I don't speak Japanese, so it could have claimed to translate to "fairy castle" and I would of had to take it's word.
