Is there a good way to hook up a computer to an old tv? My roommate has an old set and wants to watch movies on it from her computer. any thoughts?

I have a AVerkey iMicro that worked great when I needed it. Now it sits unused if you want it, I'll let it go for $40.00 shipped just let me know. Heres the Amazon link

Pretty much any old video card will have s-video out on it. I used a Geforce4 MX440 for the longest time, set it up as a dual head system and watched videos/emulators on my TV. I'm sure you can find something on craigslist for $15-20 easily.

Corn619's deal is pretty good. I've had 3 different scan converters and the Averkey ones are pretty decent.
