I would LOVE to play BUT...

I don't have a a BBA. I play a few hours a week offline and it is enjoyable but man it would be awesome to play online with others.

why don't you just play PSOBB its free and since SCHTHACK made the free server its been really awsome. it even has some japanese items too.

all you have to do is download the first download on this list (its the client.) and then sign up with SCHTHACK under register page. when you install it you might need to remove the desktop icon and make a new one from the directory from the online.exe. its really simple. oh and it has problems with vista. some have been successful with it, i have not.

I have been seriously considering it but first things first I need to get a terrabyte for my computer at home I have the memory maxed out so until I free up some space no games. My only question with Blue Burst is, honestly, how is the jackass to people who want to play legit ratio? Chances are I'll find myself playing there soon enough. Do many folks from the forums here play?

They are extremely strict about cheating/duping/harassing other players. I've seen players get banned just for appearing to have duped, even though they really didn't. So don't worry. It's very legit.

Blue Burst was created by sega back in the day and is really an update of the other pc version. well of course it's 100% free and all it is really is episodes 1 2 and 4 with a lot of new updates (now even more since schthack added some of the Japanese only items for everyone). you can still solo but your still technically online you just make a room as single player. as for the people, its not bad i guess. most people that play don't talk to you unless you talk to them. i personally have never seen a hack and i have been playing for a bit (although i lost my old character from not playing for a long period of time so recently i had to start over....)

I still have the Dreamcast, and the game, but no Broadband adaptor. Tried forever to find one, even back when the system was still in stores, and never was able to locate one. If I ever obtain one, I'll be sure to join you.

I've started playing PSO again on my DC. Playing offline since I don't have a BBA adaptor. I might be getting one soon though. Would be awesome to play online on the DC again.

I know about BB, played it with Moz, but there's just something weird about playing it on the PC without the DC controller. I much prefer it on DC.
