So I have an opportunity to purchase a st-key for my saturn for $15. I've been curious about it for a while, but I'm not really sure what it does. Does it just let you play imports? Does it double as a RAM cartridge? Memory card? What exactly does this thing do and is this a good deal?

ST Key lets you play imports only. No ram or extra save memory and no backups.
