PayPal Question

I got an odd message from paypal today:

"Your card issuer denied this payment. If you have another debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account, please use that. Or take a moment to link a new debit or credit card. Contact your card issuer if you don't know why you were declined."

Checked the balance, more than good. Used the same account twice last week.

My wife recently got my last name put on her credit and debit cards, wonder if that could be it.

Called the bank, talked to a computer for a good ten minutes, never got a hold of an actual person.

Any ideas?

It'll be the name change, it happend to me too.

Yep that's the one. It's because the name on your paypal account doesn't match the one that's registered to the account anymore. Just put the new account details in and it should work. Happened to me when I got a new joint account with my fiancée.
