Game Boy Platformers

Post by newt42 »

So guys, I'm lookin' for good Platformers on the GB/GBC console. Didn't find any Racket Boy articles on the system. I'd also like to find more Zeldaish games for the system.
Systems: SNES, PS1, GBA SP, Gamecube, DS Lite, Wii, PS3 (Fully Backwards Compatible), Dreamcast, Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis, a Sega CD, and a Sega Saturn.

cant go wrong with the Mario/wario world games, kirbys adventure, kid dracula, mega man games. Probably more but those are some of the best and should drain your wallet :D

Wario Land 3. That is easily one of my all-time favorite GBC games.

The Megaman games on the Gameboy are remixes of old ones except for the fifth one so you might want to check that one out. I also like Gargoyle's Quest but it's kind of hard.

If you're going to get a Mega Man game, get V. It's hard to find at a good price but if you're patient you can get it for cheap. Metroid was good for the Gameboy as well are the TMNT games. Pretty much anything made by Capcom is worth picking up.
