That's the sign of a good band; you don't know all the songs but you can still get into it.

This was the case when I saw KISS last year. Went to the show knowing like 3 of their songs and came away from it a fan for life.

Definitely Number of the Beast. Favorite track is probably The Prisoner.

It's funny hearing Somewhere in Time and Seventh Son referred to as "old" or "classic". I remember them as the new crap that nobody liked. (I have Somewhere in Time but never really got into it.)

If anybody's got an Amiga, the game Thunderboy used a clip from The Lonliness of the Long Distance Runner on the high scores/enter your name screen. (The title music drove me nuts trying to place it, then months later I was scanning through stuff I'd taped off the radio back in the mid-80's and stumbled onto it - it's the bridge from Jackson Browne's Lives in the Balance. Interesting combination, huh?)
