I know this isn't helping anything, but... I really don't understand why anyone paints their consoles. Or adds LED lights to them. Or any of that. I mean, just play the thing. No?

Let me pose this question to you. Which is more awesome? A Super Nintendo, or a Super Nintendo with a great scene from Super Metroid on it?

if you want me to be honest, I don't like it. I just don't like the painted consoles. I find that the "base" color of a console is part of what makes its look iconic I guess.

are people doing this on purpose just to get attention? :? why leave it like that? just repaint it another color and don't put any "graphics" on it. god if i did something like that i would hide it so no one can see it sorry dude it just bad. :roll:

I don't really care about flashy paint jobs, just subtle colors like dark gray on my DC, but I do have another DC that is not painted. I was really bored plus the DC was only $5. But I would never paint my Saturn, IMO I don't like the color white.
