Are Sega Multi-Mega's moddable?

Post by GagaMan »

While I do also have a mega Drive II/Mega CD II in the loft, I would really loge to fully pimp out my Sega Multi mega with a 50/60hz switch, no region blocking on Mega Drive games and Multi BIOS for Mega CD. Unfortunately Console Passion got back to me saying they dont do Multi mega modding. Is it even possible?

By Mega Drive he means European Mega Drive games not Japanese ones, and while the Sega CD may not have any copy protection it does have a region lock.

I wouldn't touch a WonderMega though, they're too nice and hard to find to be modded up.
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS

I mean American Genesis games mainly: while the older games are fine the red case ones tend to have region locking.
