Update:

Today I received my shipping notice from the seller, and he is shipping my items. I had paid immediately after receiving his email, and informed him that not only would failure to send the item result in a Paypal dispute, but also an ebay dispute. I had noticed that he relisted all the items purchased, but very quickly took them down. It looks like others, in addition to myself, took the fight to him. He had ALOT of items for sale, and ALOT sold for way below VGPC prices, because a bidder backed out with one day left in the auction: FFII for 12, FFIII for 16, Soul Blazer for 20, Earthbound for 60, Chrono for 26, and a few others.

Id like to thank everyone for their feedback and support. Possibly this could lead to the creation of a new thread to report bad ebay sellers, so that we could all avoid them from here on!

Cool. I always love hearing about bad eBay sellers getting screwed over after they try to weasel their way out of an honest deal.

Now you just got to hope he actual sends you the game and not an empty box.

If a bidder pulled out with less than 12 hours in the auction I could understand. If there's less than 12 hours you can't end the auction early so he could have been the one who was potentially getting screwed. However, if that was the case, he should have told you that instead of "sorry I wanted more for this game".

That's what the reserve price is there for.

looks like that sellers feedback ratio is going to plummet
and try to link your feedback back to this topic if possible
