Rank 'Em : Batman Video Games

Post by Luke »

With the release of the Batman AA demo, I thought it's about time we rate our favorite/least favorite batman games. This might take me a while, so I'll let someone else start.*

*Off the top of my head, I'll probably list BATMAN NES as my #1.

Batman Returns for the NES is always overlooked. It's a great beatemup for the machine, if only it had two player. It still has fucking amazing music and stages and is quite long.

For fuck's sake, I have never seen that game before. I'm shocked, and a little embarrassed that I didn't know about it. Need to put that on my WTB list.

I've got so many of them to play before I rank them, but I doubt I have a worse game in my entire library than Batman Dark Tomorrow.

Definitely not Batman Beyond for N64 or Batman returns for genesis.

Batman for NES is pretty good but some parts are really really cheap. The machine boss you fight in axis chemical is nearly impossible if you run out of ammo.

How was the batman game that came out early in gamecube's life?

And here's a cheap plug for an nes styled dark knight game I am/was making

I absolutely loved Batman for the classic Gameboy.

Personally I preferred Batman: Return of the Joke for Game Boy...

There was also Batman on the Amstrad GX4000. Semi sucked, but not too bad.

The Adventures of Batman & Robin (for Gen and SNES, slightly different games) is the best.
