Yea, new games just seem to be getting less and less exciting these days. They just keep getting prettier and less interesting.

I was thinking there was nothing to be excited for this year, but then I was surprised to learn that Demon's Souls would be coming out this year and Activision was unsuccessful in delaying/killing Brutal Legend. So, that's two for me to look forward to.
I just played the Batman demo. It's damn good, but I don't feel like I really need to get it immediately. I'll get it s soon as I'm comfortable parting with the money. Demon's Souls and Brutal Legend come first.

Mario Bros Wii - Looks good but I hope it's a good mario game in the vein of mario world or even the ds version and not just a partygame. I'm worried that they're pushing the multiplayer aspect too much and it'll end up being mindless and easy.
Batman - I love batman so I might get this if it gets decent reviews.
Demon blade or whatever - looks awesome
Jak: The lost frontier - it's basically just a psp game ported to the ps2 but I'll get it cuz I love the jak games.
Mini Ninjas - Looks like a ripoff of i-ninja (right down to the farting boss) but if it's anywhere near as good I'll get it eventually

Half-minute hero looks really fun and the sprites make me happy.
and Lunar: Silver Star Harmony a remake of lunar: silver star
both are being localized by Xseed to the psp. Xseed isn't bad so i hope they do a good job.
