While not the best bargains, I picked up the following today at a flea market.

. The Jetsons (NES) - $4.20USD
. TaleSpin w/manual (NES) - $4.20USD
. LandStalker w/case(MegaDrive) - $8.40USD

There was a Snes Advantage for $30 dollars but he would not budge and I didnt feel like paying that much for it, but I hope to score one in the future. The only game out of the bunch I had on my 'list' was LandStalker so at least its another one to check off.

JordanPlayer wrote:Well, today I was searching my soon-to-be brother in law's room looking for a missing game disc. He was there trying to help me find it, and it took forever because the room is really messy and he has a ton of random game stuff spread everywhere (a few Dreamcast, Playstation 1 & 2, Gamecube, and quite a bit of XBox/360 stuff). So as we were looking we found a lot of old games (the cases and discs were in separate places so it was surprising finding so many together.) He knows I collect games and keep them organized in good condition so he gave me some of them to keep that he hadn't played in ages... Freebies :)

Beyond Good & Evil Complete in Box
Diner Dash in Case
Mega Man Legends Complete in Case

My buddy and I picked up a Dreamcast for $7 in a thrift store yesterday. We found that it wouldn't take controllers, but all we had to do is replace a single resistor and voila! Now it plays like a dream. PUN.

Anyways, since we both have Dreamcasts already, we're gonna paint up and mod this one. So expect to see pics eventually, for better or for worse.

Please think carefully before you paint it. We have enough tragedies.

Went to the Salvation Army in town today as we were dropping off some stuff so I decided to take a look. They didn't have much but they did have a Diablo Battlechest complete for $5. I picked it up and noticed they had a Warcraft III Battlechest for the same price. I know little about it though. Is it worth getting?

They also had Tecmo Bowl (NES) that came in a Tecmo Super Bowl box with Tecmo Super Bowl instructions. I passed on it, but I was stoked at first thinking I had found a complete Super Tecmo Bowl (NES) for $3. Yeah, little things excite me.

I dunno if these are deals so let me know if I got ripped but:

1. 30 n64 games 14 complete including Perfect Dark, Oot and Majora's Mask Collector's Edition (this one is in pristine condition) 3 more just boxed and Starfox64 with manual for $55 (found a bonus memory card in the box for Shadowman, I love bonuses)

2. 2 Xboxes with 3 controllers (it was orginally 2 controllers I guess they gave me an extra one by mistake, two of them have this extra cable to plug into the console, the third one plugs straight in; is there a difference?), Dvd remote, an extra power adaptor for some reason, (it has two buttons on it; is it better than the other one?) 8 Games nothing really big. Also Slim PS2 with Guitar Hero 1 & 2 Socom 3 & Assault, two controllers, 8mb memory card and red guitar for 100 bucks.

I'm also going to be picking up FF7, 8, 9 with Chrono Cross all greatest hits I believe, for 15 dollars.
