This guide is for the guys that wanna get mad pussy and hook up with the hot, preppy and popular girls you know the club rats. I'm gonna cover a bunch of different things in this guide style,attitude,fitness,and a few other things.


Fitness

If theres one thing that will help you with the ladies its physical fitness. The key is to be muscular but not so muscular that you shrink your dick cuz your gonna need that. I personally like to run ,do push ups, sit ups and use dumbbells to stay sexy. Diet is another thing I personally follow the paleo diet google it with a few carbs here and there. Eat a lot of meat especially lean meats like poultry and fish.

Style

Girls like a guy who knows how to dress well. Basically be an individual and express your self when it comes to your stlye I perfer semi baggy jeans and cargo shorts, Nike athletic shorts, t shirts I really like a lot of the graphic tees at anchor blue, polo shirts, and sneaker usually something like nikes or pumas. A few don'ts 1. Never wear slacks with a tee shirt 2. never wear all black unless its like a suit you'll just look insecure and pathetic 3. don't wear skinny jeans or tight ass shirts thouse are for the hoes 4. Don't waer nothing but band tees 5. wear more colors that just black 6 don't wear super baggy clothes. Another inportant thing is hair don't have long hair or a emo hair stlye. Faux Hawks , buzzed head and similar styles are baller. As far as facial hair goes side burns,goaties and soul patches are dope.


Attiude

First thing is first you can't crush on girls its just gonna end up hurting you in the long run. With women confidace is key act like your the coolest mofo in the place and most times the majority of people will think you are the only people who won't are the quite guys who think if they stare at a girl long enough they will bcome interested. You gotta be able to party i'm talking a 40 and a blunt it looks cool and it will make you feel awesome and ready for everything. You gotta be dangerous never back down from a fight. Get a sense of hurmor the more dirty the better. When you see a girl you want go up and talk to her if she anit interesed and turns you down no big deal there will 20 girls that wanna take her place.Thats how you get all the bitches.
