What are your favorite lesser known PSX titles?

Post by fast »

I felt I needed to spend sometime with the blacksheep of my console collection and play some PSX games. So I am curious to what games yall suggest that are not your big budget mainstream titles. Games like BattleHunter, Boardgame Top Shop, Pitfall 3d, and Builders Block. You know, games that are alot of fun but may not be the best games on the console.

I have already read Rackets guides and am hunting down a few of those that piqued my interest, but what about the rest of yall?

And there may be topics like this, but the search indexes are still wonky. If there is a topic I will erase this one later.

I don't know if it is in the guides but Incredible Crisis looks ridiculous (in a good way).

Puzzle Star Sweep, RC de GO!, Tall Infinity, Grid Runner and Turnabout are all ones I enjoyed very much.

I tried to get into The Divide: Enemies Within, but just couldn't. It has some serious frame-rate issues, but I might just give it a shot on ePSXe to see if it clears them up. It's probably the least known PSX game out aside from some of the shovel-ware stuff.
