anyone have oink invites?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

i just got invited, let me get my ratio up and i'll have a few.

i'll totally take you up on the UG invite too, provided you still need oink once they're available to me.

it's incredible. just about any type of music you can think of. it's all very high quality, mostly mp3, some m4a and flac. i don't get too much into the audiophile end of music compression so i stick to the 192+ or vbr mp3's.

once i figure out how to optimally use the damn bittorrent protocol and get some f'ing invites myself i can hook it up like Sega Bass Fishing. i'm kind of a torrent n00b...

also, grittykitty, if you are into japanese punk you should check out the jellyroll rockheads.

it is very difficult to survive the ratio demands at oink

it is a very cool site though, with a leaning towards music that would be listened to in my part of the world

I'd be interested in an invite. FLAC is not nearly used enough in the public bt trackers.

Way to revive an old thread, I know, but I've been reading a bit more about Oink and it does sound pretty cool, so I'd appreciate an invite as well if anyone can offer. Thanks. :)

i just need to pony up and donate to get some invites because it's SO FUCKING HARD to get your ratio up there. i've been seeding 4+ gigs worth of stuff that i've downloaded and my ratio is only like 0.06. no one wants to download the stuff that i like, hahaha.

i need to just upload some junk but i barely have any cds anymore.
