Re: ATTENTION: Super Mario Bros. Movie fans
I'm still shaking my head in shock, that there are fans of this blasphemy.
Re: ATTENTION: Super Mario Bros. Movie fans
Bah, I know the guys who did the special effects for it. They still have one of the squad cars and the boots on display in their warehouses. I keep trying to get him to sell me the boots, but no dice.

Just not willing to part with them, or is it you're just not offering enough money?fast wrote:Bah, I know the guys who did the special effects for it. They still have one of the squad cars and the boots on display in their warehouses. I keep trying to get him to sell me the boots, but no dice.

The first. They keep the props incase they need them for other movies/inspiration. Which is why they also have a dozen of the wood M16's they made for Apocalypse Now.

I'm still disappointed that the sequel that was promised at the end of the movie never materialized.
If you ever got around to making your own "Vote for Koopa" shirt I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Yall get me the art, Ive got a guy who can do it. He will do custom Tshirts for $10-25ish depending on colors, quality of material, and shipping. Most of them go for $15-20.

Does any more really need to be said?
I have an annual Big Trouble in Little China themed party. BTILC is played in each room in my apartment, we have lots of BTILC themed food like Egg Shen Rolls and Chicken Lo Pan Mein, I also serve sake and Sapporo beer, and wearing wife beaters and a pair of jeans is actually encouraged.
Next year I'll take some pictures and post them.

I'll work on it, but I'm no photoshop/ illustrator master. I think the movie is free on netflix, so I'll see if I can get something there.MrPopo wrote:I'm still disappointed that the sequel that was promised at the end of the movie never materialized.

My bro is great with the Photoshop (went to school for it), I suppose I could get him to make some artwork up. I also know some one that works for a company that makes shirts, she might be able to get some customs T's made up but I'd have to ask.
