Man where do you guys find all these flea markets I need SNES controllers
I don't even have 1
I hate how there are no regular game stores you can find 8-bit and 16 ect era consoles Gamestop should sell older games
Also you got a great deal really good you even got the box and the instructions I would pay 3$ just for the cartridge and it would be a great deal

garage sales, craigslist good places to check.
You can go through droughts where you don't find any good deals then one week walk away with something insane.
My collection is paying for itself, I'll buy bulk collections off craigslist keep the games I want and sell the rest to break even or end up with a profit.

Where I find most of my stuff are Thrift Stores, and Pawn Shops with Flea Markets coming in third. And Craigs list is like once in a while for the most part not a huge fan of craigs list.
Thrift Stores Are truly the best you just have to go a lot.
Really? and you being in socal?
I'd suggest taking a look once a day.
Scan through
electonics, toys, and videogames.
I've found great deals and I'm close to your area.

I would recommend Salvation Army's and Goodwills, those are were I have found things like my cheap NES and Contra. They are generally more likely to have these sorts of things than yard sales in my experience.

I rarely find things in thrift stores, the most I have found is a GBC and some SMS carts. I go to the local store, but it sounds like you don't have you.
Craigslist is so-so, but I have a guy getting ready to sell me a working Atari 2600 with cables, controllers, and games for $10.
Also, not sure on your area, but if you are close to Michigan, I heard the Gibraltar trade center has a lot of stuff. I haven't had a chance o drive down myself, but I heard you can get some good deals.
