Going to San Francisco this weekend...

...I want to get some new American PS3 games, so I will need some recommendations.

FOr sure I will get the Genesis Collection since that will never be released in Japan.
Other than that, I am thinking about INFAMOUS. Anything else that's good that is US-only?

I may buy a lot of copies of WORLD AT WAR since those fetch for a premium here.
Due to its content and Japan being the "bad guy" in that game, it will never be released here. Medal of Honor: Rising Sun had to be heavily edited. Battlefield 1943 had to have some changes made to the Japanese version for that to get released here. Specifically, they had to change the commentary on the loading screens. The English version gives a brief historical description of the actual battle, the Japanese version just has gaming tips. They also had to remove the old-style radio news reports.

Anyhoo, I digress. I will be in SF for one week. Can't wait! I know I will eat tons of Mexican food.

Mercenaries is one of my favorites, that and Battlefield: Bad Company. Not sure if they are America-only releases, but they are good games to play. World at war is alright, but recently battlefield 1943 and bad company have become my favorite online multiplayer games. The graphics are just so much better, and the gameplay is a bit more challenging. Assassin's Creed is also on my list of badass games for the ps3.

The Club (some might say this game sucks, but i find its mindless shooting fun) its only $20 so id say get it. i know that its U.S. only
The Orange Box - its got Half-Life 2 and Team Fortress!!!!!

Go for texmex, ask for southern style white cheese dip. Dont accept it if they say it is made with chili. It should be cheese and jalapenos only.
