I have a band and write music, German and English. I do a little BASIC and Java programming here and there. I also collect LP's. I love to work with computers as well.

I freaking loved pogs!

I surf although I only go about once a week now that I live in PA. I used to be much more hardcore, competing a couple times and stuff on short and long boards, but now I just longboard as SNJ waves are not consistent enough to risk bring a short board down only to end up with 3 feet high waves.

I used to be very into music, I have played the guitar since 4 years old and also used to play the harmonica, trumpet, and flugel horn quite seriously. I was in 3 bands growing up, the latter 2 actually recorded a couple albums. We toured up and down the Northeast coast, mostly universities and small clubs. It was a great time and I am sad that we all went our separate ways once we started college. Now I just can't find anyone to play with and have been playing less and less. I still try to pick up the guitar and harmonica now and then.

These days I am still really passionate about listening to music and have a pretty varied selection. I am pretty obsessed with downloading all the music I ever listened to growing up. I still feel like there is some band out there that has a perfect sound for my tastes and I am constantly searching, trying to find them. I have even dreamt about this band, found their cd in dream record stores, heard them on the dream radio. I never manage to see/hear the name of the band though. When I wake up I just remember that they sound like no other band I have ever heard, but can remember exactly how their songs sound. Wwweeeiiirrrddd...

I also like darts... and am very much involved in the animal world. I am a vet tech and have done a lot of work with wildlife rehabilitation. Currently, I am working in a zoology lab drawing blood from clams from all over the country and testing them for leukemia to see how comparable it is to humans - it is VERY close, which could open the door for new treatment options since it is a much easier organism to run tests on than humans... since it's not as big a deal if they die .
