top loading nes

they have a top loading nes at my local pawn for $50, should i bite the bullitt and buy it? i only paid $8 for my original at goodwill, but i know the top loaders are rare

Depends on how bad you want it.. I got mine for $10 a few months ago.

*Sigh* I payed 90$ for mine on eBay. It works far better than my original though. I certainly love being able to play through the entirety of a game without it messing up!
With Sega Saturn nothing else matters!

RF only. Skip it and buy a 72 pin connector for your original NES. You can install an AV port if you have your heart set on the top loader, but vertical banding can still be a problem.

oh my nes already has a new 72 pin in it, i did that the 1st week i had it.

but i did buy it anyways, they save me on games anyways, see how i got secret of mana for $2 of their shelf, the nes will pay for its self in due time.

Did it come with the dogbone controllers? i got mine at a monster pawn last year for 35$ but it had the regular controllers.
