TRON is back and 3D!

Hmm...I really enjoyed Tron, but I'll hold my judgment of this film for now. We'll have to wait and see. I hope it ends up good, of course, but Disney's track record with sequels and remakes doesn't exactly grab me.

i love tron! but im not too sure on this yet. the trailer is interesting but lately for me movies have been bad. transformers 2, that gi-joe movie looks pretty sad, star-trek wasn't that great, oh and lets not forget the the cowboy bebop live action movie (which should never happen) with Keanu Reeves as spike! i have been pretty upset with Disney standards too. whats up with the infatuation with digital 3d? ever freaking movie lately that they throw out seems to have it. its cool and all but it gets dumb after awhile. also i dont know if their imagination is as strong as it used to be back when the first tron came out. i just don't know.

The GI Joe movie looks like staight up shit. I am a HUGE Trekkie and I refused to go see the new movie in a fit of nerd rage. Im sure Ill see it on DVD or TV though but man they look to have really tried their best to fuck up Trek. Alot of people seem to like it though I guess. I am really hoping the John Carter movie is good, at least they got the Pixar folk working on it and I actually liked Wall-E. Not sure how they will do with live action though.

i thought the same thing with transformers 2. alot of people like it. but i ignored the my inerfandom and went to see it and was highly dissapointed. you see the movie was good for the avarage veiwer that has no idea what they are talking about because most of them are not true fans or have never actually watched the real series. you see TF2 was not made for the fans unlike the first one which was overall satisfactory to the fan (including myself). i miss the good old 80's and some 90's movie's like big trouble in little china and the first two rush hours for example. they are great movies but you just cant find movies set up like them these days.
