Completely not about games what so ever, I have come to ask advice.
I am looking to eat enough to enlarge my stomach to where I can eat pretty nice amounts without breaking a sweat, what are some diets I could stick to to do so.
I want everything you guys have, I am NOT a picky eater.
Eating tips.

Re: Eating tips.
Eat large amounts of food quickly. Do this regularly, and you will be able to eat a lot. If you eat slow you will get full faster, so basically stuff your face as fast as you can. Eatting like this is obviously not healthy though, but if you want to stretch your stomach for whatever reason I cant think of another way to do it.

...why would you want to do that? It sounds kinda odd to me, chief.blackmagepwns wrote:Completely not about games what so ever, I have come to ask advice.

I'm in the same boat as Ack. Are you gunning for some kind of eating contest? We all need to eat less not more. Oh well, no lectures from me. If you're eating a lot, can I ask what kind of stuff you're tossing back?Ack wrote:...why would you want to do that? Re: Eating tips.
For those who want to know, I love food, but I'm rather small. I've also been living the last week without much food in the house and my stomach has shrank and I'm looking for a way to get it back again, and bigger as well.
Also wanting to gain weight, as my metabolism is super fast, I'm not worried about over-eating, its just annoying when I can't finish some foods.

Re: Eating tips.
Spend more money on food. Eat the food you buy when you're hungry. Stop eating when you're full.
That about covers it....your stomach will adjust pretty quick. Especially if you're a young guy.

Cook everything in butter and avoid vegetables whenever possible. Drink large amounts of soda during the day, and switch to at least a 6-pack of beer sometime before supper. Breakfast should consist of bacon, ham, sausages, eggs, and hash browns (again cooked only in butter and their own juices) - if pancakes are included they should be smothered in syrup, butter and anything else high-in-cholesterol available. Snacking between meals will also help. Mars Bars, Potato chips (or pork rinds), slush/slurpees, Ice-cream sandwiches, etc. Be creative. Lunch should be leftover deep-fried food from supper, a milkshake (if possible), a double or triple cheeseburger, or if it's a sandwich, it should be on a cheese bun and the meat and cheese inside should be thicker than the bread surrounding it. Fries, onion-rings, or anything else deep-fat-fried are always good too. For supper make sure you get lots of non-lean meat. Try to get it smothered in a cream , butter or cheese sauce (most gravies will also help). Whenever possible everything should be deep-fried - especially any vegetables or side-dishes. Any potato dishes or pastas will also help you to soak up any left-over sauces on your plate(s).
Hope this helps.

Re: Eating tips.
I watched a documentary on competitive eaters and a few different people had mentioned using grapes to expand their stomachs. Since grapes are usually soft and contain a lot of juice, they were able to eat several pounds of them in each sitting.
Ehhg...just be careful.
