Xbox 360 softmod?

Ok, are they softmodding the Xbox 360 now? I dont follow that closely to this so I am not sure if it real, works, or what it is about. Anyone have info or links to info?

Yes, its been done for quite some time. It's usually very easy, depending on your model. Unfortunately, it doesn't allow one to bypass region-locking I think if you google for a guide by Textbook, you should find that helpful.

I have a rather old one, so I am guessing that it is able to be modded as older consoles are always easier. Can someone guide me to a good guide for it!?
