Given how popular the game is, or at least its cult following, if this can be done/has been done, then I am sure there is an image file out there that has already been patched.

Censorship is the most stupid idea in the world of stupid ideas. I want to see how things are intended to be. It makes me so P-O'd.
Welcome to America, where we sweep shit under the rug and make-believe to have higher standards than everyone else.
Well luckily there isn't a censored movie in our house. We always buy the uncensored when available and if its not we import it. If thats not even available we don't watch the movie.
Same here, I don't like my entertainment neutered.

As much as it kills me, I don't own a Sega CD or MSX (or snatcher, of course) but I definitely want to buy the game and console in order to play it. I'm not much for emulators and owning/playing the real physical copy of a game adds something to the experience for me and has always helped me to become much more immersed. I'd like to stay away from using patched images but at the same time I want to play the best possible version of this game :p.
