You haven't played the Quest for Glory II remake.

Hey, this thing uses the Freespace Open engine. Freespace 2 is pretty freaking sweet, so this should be good too. It even runs on Linux.

I keep getting annoyed that big company shuts down fan made games, especially if they are free and not charging for the game. These fan made games are like free advertising for the regular company produced games. What's going to happen next - fan fiction will be outlawed.

Anyway, if I were the developers and the big N wants to shut it down, I would change a couple details so it's not "Star Fox" and instead of releasing it for free - Charge for it and become a competitor!
