Any Gundam Model Fans Out There?
As I said before I have just gotten into the world of Gundam and what really intrigues me are the many varieties of model sets that are available. I really want to get started building some but I have no clue which ones are the best or where I could buy them. Could any of you point me in the right direction? I would prefer that the models are from the original Mobile Suit series as I haven't gotten any further as of yet.

Woah, so which scale or grade would you recommend? I'm kind of hoping to build up a collection of all of the mobile suits from the original series. Although I'm not well versed in the universe, I do recognize Guncannon, Gouf, and a red Zaku II in the back (my personal favorite).

Gahh i used to build the hell out of gundam models, it was my first hobby. Id say start out with something mid grade as they are neither too easy to build or too hard. Id say if I could build a mid grade when I was ten years old then you can certainly do it at whatever age you are now. Just for fun, check out some of the perfect grade model kits
they are insane!

Yeah, one that I would really want to get but simply because of the ludicrousness of the price, I don't think I ever will. Check it out:

Alright, I think I'll start out with HGUC models (primarily because they're pretty cheap) and then move my way up to master grade or high grade.
Thanks for the info.
